During the 3-day and 2-night tour on Halong Bay, besides enjoying the fresh air and beautiful natural beauty, Ms Yao Pao Ai and her daughter from Taiwan were very excited to visit the Vung Vieng Fishing Village. Being launched from April 2016, up to now, the fishing village has 5 clusters of aquaculture with 27 households. They are the ones who moved to shore living then go back to the bay feeding aquaculture and running tourism business. Thanks to the authority’s policy, now they have stable livelihood; higher incomes from providing paddling service. Since the beginning of the year, Vung Vieng Fishing Village has welcomed more than 170 thousand of visitors, mostly international ones.
