QTV - From his love to books, Pham Van Tuyen, 88 years old, based in Cam Thanh Ward, Cam Pha City has opened a free entry library with more than 2,000 books for the community. By now, it has become rendezvous for book lovers.

For 8 years, every day from 7:30am to 17:00pm, Bai Tu Long Library of Pham Van Tuyen’s family has opened for free. Books here were bought by Tuyen’s family, donated by Vietnam Writers’ Association, National Library of Vietnam, Quang Ninh’s Library, Cam Pha’s Library. At his age, most of people retire and stop learning but Tuyen still keeps his reading habit, pass his passion to young generation. “Books are doors to magical world”. Accompanying by passionate friends is one of the most effective ways to motivate youngsters to read.
