The resettlement is nearly 4ha wide, leveled and protected against erosion during the rainy season. The new residency place is 2 km closer to the commune center than the old one. Each household at the resettlement area is provided with 250 square meters of residential land, 100 square meters of garden land and 35 million VND to build a new house. Tien Yen has also built a 180KVA transformer station to serve the needs of daily life and production for the local. As the rainy season is near, the water supply and traffic system need being finished so the government have to rush up.
