Inspecting establishments producing and trading food and liquor, the delegation reported that most of them have required documents such as business licenses, food safety certificates, certificates for participating training courses on food hygiene and safety, workers' health records, raw material purchase contracts...Quick tests taken randomly at restaurants gave “safe and clean” results. The delegation asked food producers and traders to continue measures to ensure food safety. Violators who cannot show off their food safety certificates, don’t list prices, services clearly, must receive administrative fines or close their business.
