At Ha Long City's Martyrs Monument and Vu Van Hieu monument, the delegation laid wreaths, incense and spent moments memorizing the martyrs who bravely sacrificed for independence, freedom of the motherland. In Vietnam's long struggle for national liberation, more than 7000 soldiers of Quang Ninh were dead and have been honored as great martyrs.
