Quang Ninh focuses on investing in synchronous and modern transport infrastructure

QTV - Determining the transport infrastructure is a pioneering field  in the socio-economic development process , over the past years, Quang Ninh has had many synchronous and effective solutions in attracting and deploying transport infrastructure.

Ha Long - Van Don Highway

Launched in early 2015, Van Don International Airport Project is the first  aviation project in Vietnam invested by the private enterprise Sun Group in the  BOT form with a total investment of over 7,5 tril VND. Along with Van Don International Airport Project, Quang Ninh has been focusing on urging and implementing a series of highway projects, including Ha Long – Hai Phong Highway, Ha Long – Van Don Highway.  Particularly, Bach Dang Bridge Project considered as one of the typical projects of the transport sector in Vietnam, is the first cable –stayed bridge  designed and constructed by Vietnamese engineers and workers, with a total investment of over 7.6 tril.VND. Over the past 5 years, Quang Ninh has taken initiatives and mobilized the capital  of over 30 tril.VND  to invest in transport  infrastructure . In the context of limited state budget and ODA resources, the mobilization through BOT contracts is the right direction to develop transport infrastructure.
