2018: Cai Lan International Container Terminal strives to receive 60,000 Teus Containers

QTV - Being one of ACS international vessel route’s shipping terminals from June, 2017, Cai Lan International Container Terminal (CICT) made a breakthrough in its production and business.

By the end of 2017, the output of container through CICT achieved nearly 60,000 Teu containers, an increase of 783% compared to 2016, the output of bulk cargo over 4.3 million tons. The ACS vessel route will go through India, Malaysia, Singapore, Cai Lan (Quang Ninh ),  China and South Korea,  one trip per week with a capacity of over 5,000 TEU . Currently, in the North, CICT is the unique port with a water level depth of -13 m and modern equipment system capable of receiving a container carrying 5,000 TEUs.
